As the Director of the Center for Student Success / Institutional Research & Assessment, I provide administrative oversight for student support services, including orientation programs, academic advising, personal coaching, academic support services, spiritual formation, and career counseling for a diverse student population. Cultivating an environment for student success is our aim. As the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment, I provide leadership and direction to all university assessment, prioritizing and evaluating university and student success data.
