Hello!

Thanks for stopping by and reading about me. I am a teacher currently teaching middle school. It is wonderful working with this age group and seeing them succeed. I have had the privilege of working with middle school and college students. I truly enjoy helping them and seeing their transformation. I love to teach and work with all ages of students. My teaching style can be summed up by Aristotle's quote "Educating the mind without educating the heart is like no education at all."

One thing I cannot live without is coffee (my students would tell you this about me). I have a love affair with coffee. It really started in Virginia where I lived for a couple of years. I am passionate about different roasts and love finding good local coffees in Arizona. I enjoy finding local coffees and food at different Farmer's Markets around town. When not sipping coffee I enjoy cooking, DIY and finding awesome blogs to read. I am currently working on refinding my writing voice to write my own blog.
