I am interested in humans as inherent learning creatures. My corporate education company, Analog Learning, creates immersive learning experiences in the real world for real world results. I do this through innovative design and partnering with world-class experts to take participants into new contexts in order to understand their own.

Along with my company, I teach, keynote and am currently writing a book based on my dissertation: an intersection of social network analysis research and leadership theory. It is tentatively called "The Networked Leader".

I have a podcast intermittently published to iTunes of the interviews I am doing for my book where I talk with professionals across industries and fields to see how their networks have shaped their careers.
