Jian Pablico

Born in the Philippines and grew up in Vancouver. I am all about empowering you(th) and the comm(unity) through my work as a facilitator, youth programmer, Martial Artist and CrossFit coach. I am currently a facilitator for SafeTeen International, Neonology, a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and the founder of the Vars/ty Initiative.
I’ve worked in the field of Children & Youth for over 13 years, dedicating my time in supporting them in Sports, Martial Arts, Play and of course in navigating through their adolescence. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, movement, fitness, strength and conditioning. This includes, but not limited to, CrossFit, Martial Arts, gymnastics, and dance. I am a huge believer in holistic and creative training that is both challenging and fun.
