To begin with, I am Jigar Patel Bioinformatician and Biotechnologist by Profession. Currently doing MS program At California State Univeristy at Channel Islands,CA. My Past education includes Post Graduation in Bioinformatics from G. N. Khalsa college, Mumbai and Graduation in Biotechnology from S.D.S.M college, Mumbai.
Few topics that i have taught are Artificial Intelligence (Machine learning techniques [ANN, SVM, GA] & its application in Bioinformatics) Data mining , Chemo-informatics and Combinatorial Chemistry, Structural Biology, Molecular Modeling and simulations, Functional genomics, Biological databases .
Well i also have 2 publication in Bioinformatics domain and hoping that i publish few more soon .
