I love stories. Learning what makes people who they are and why they are who they are. When I was a kid I used to pretend interview myself so I could tell my story to an imaginary audience. Now I like to help tell other people's stories through my work.

I have been obsessed with the web and all its implications and possibilities since the mid-90s (even after surviving the first dot com boom and bust). It's fascinating to see where we began and how we've evolved. It's opened up the door to entrepreneurs and dreamers in a way nothing else has, and given the age-old question "what's next?" a whole new realm of meaning.

In my free time I watch Morning Joe religiously, run on the trails, write constantly, watch football and college basketball (Go Heels!), attempt to become organized, and dream about what I'd do if I won the lottery.
