I have 6 years combined experience in project management in kinesiology, health research and business analysis. I have managed large multi-centre health research projects, achieving buy-in from a diverse group of stakeholders in a difficult political environment. I also have experience spearheading process improvement initiatives across different industries, including retail, science, health and business.

I love stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on new challenges, especially the complex and ambiguous ones! I’m dedicated to developing solutions that work.

Outdoor adventure is a significant part of my life - time spent in the wilderness climbing mountains has taught me how to live more presently and subsequently I have learned a lot about myself and others. I volunteer with the Alpine Club of Canada, leading trips and supporting program development. One initiative has been to increase the support for women in mountaineering through running women's specific intro to mountaineering events.

My goal for a while has been to pursue a career in healthcare, however, I've since realized with outdoor adventure so deeply intertwined in my life, a career in the outdoor industry it what truly makes sense. Ideally I would leverage my background in research methods, and experience managing projects and people. Areas that I'm interested in include project management, strategy, change management, and business analysis.
