Jill Abram, a distinguished board-certified psychiatrist from Indiana, has devoted 38 years to the field of psychiatry, specializing in child and adolescent care. She was part of the medical team at North Star Hospital in Anchorage, assisting in the initiation of psychiatric telemedicine services through the Four County Counseling Center in Peru, Kokomo, and Logansport, Indiana.

Her elective professional engagements include consulting with the Department of Mental Health to develop integrated care systems with the Department of Education and the Department of Families and Children and consulting with the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center. She was also an active participant in the Conscience Development Research and Study Group and a Trauma and Dissociation study group.
