An experienced financial services leader, Jill Bechard got her professional start as an educator with a bachelor of science and a permanent certification New York State teaching credential in English education from the State University of New York at New Paltz. After gaining valuable administrative experience as the chairman of the English Department for New York’s Monroe Woodbury School District, Jill Bechard entered the credit union industry, serving senior executive tenures in strategic planning and brand development with Nevada Federal Credit Union, North Island Credit Union and 1 Arizona Credit Union.

Ms. Bechard most recently served as president and chief executive officer of United Local Credit Union in Fresno, California. While providing strategic organizational governance and overseeing all budgeting matters, Jill Bechard accomplished much as an industry fundraiser and public sector liaison, receiving a Grassroots Leader of the Year designation from the California Credit Union League for her political action committee outreach efforts among California congressional leaders in the Central Valley.
