My "first life" was spent as a corporate recruiter for Accenture. My current professional life, for the past 18 yrs., has been as an executive coach and advisor. I also help them uncover who they are to live and lead from their authentic identity, values and priorities - for greater meaning and sustainable energy. I have two spirited girls (11 and 16)..am married 25 years to my college sweetheart...and we have a mischievous and lovable pup, Eli the Australian Labradoodle. The ocean fuels me. As do good coffee, great conversation, music and dance, wit and brilliance. Relationships are everything.
