Jillian Nadiak

My name is Jillian Nadiak and I run the blog kpopkommunity.
I am a musician, writer, and storyteller.
I love to parody Korean songs with my own English lyrics for fun.
That is how I got my names.
J.I.L is the name I use when parodying songs by TOP, Jill-ee-on when parodying songs by G-dragon, and Chantouse is a name I was given by a local newspaper after performing in NYC at the 2012 NY KPOP Festival. Apparently its a french word for singer.

I am also a member of the growing Kpop Youtube Community. I activly cover songs for the fun of it while idolizing the people who do a much better job than me. You can find my covers and various other videos here.

I studied abroad during the 2013/2014 acedemic year in Anam, Seoul, South Korea where I went on many K-pop infused adventures. I learned about the culture and now have a more in depth understanding of the music industry and why it is the way it is.
