I am an experienced business performance coach, consultant, change agent and collaborator. I am known to be business savvy, resourceful, practical and creative.

I am into guiding, energizing and supporting people within businesses to drive performance and deliver great work - including myself :). As a change agent with a Masters in Change Agent Skills and Strategies I do have a broad base of business skills that cover strategy, sales, marketing, people agenda and learning.

I am Founder of Hikmaty an online learning and coaching business focused on helping mid career professionals get unstuck and build future skills.

In addition I lead Inquistive.biz an employee communication and change consultancy. I support senior teams to deliver their transformation agendas and coach senior managers.

I am also currently working on a project that seeks to reinvent online and inperson business networking in the Midlands - to make it more relevant, valuable, enjoyable and inclusive.

With over 20 years experience working with Corporates, Government , Entrepreneurs and a wide range of owner managed businesses - I have a breadth and depth in my skills, experience and knowledge - coupled with a can do attitude. I am not a generalist but rather as Google would say a 'Smart Creative'.

My major strengths are in fresh thinking and the actions that brings - focusing on people delivering stuff that adds value not just ideas. I consult at a strategic level but have the ability to develop detailed programs and build teams that bring the business agenda alive and deliver results.

I am self directed, entrepreneurial. really curious and love adventures, gizmos and gadgets, helping and giving to others to create magic moments, baking awesome cakes, being creative, designing stuff, learning interesting new things and connecting with people.
