Jill Marten

Based in the Miami, Florida, area, Jill Marten boasts over 15 years of experience as a human resources executive. Currently serving as a corporate director of human resources for Baptist Health South Florida, her responsibilities include developing and implementing human resource policies, recruiting new employees, and guiding other human resources professionals within the organization. Jill Marten holds membership with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Before joining Baptist Health South Florida, Ms. Marten held a number of positions as a human resources director within the healthcare industry. Her prior experience includes a position as vice president of human resources for the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and as an assistant vice president of human resources for the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine-UHealth System.

A graduate of Florida State University, Jill Marten earned a bachelor of science degree from the College of Human Sciences. Outside of her professional endeavors, she supports charitable causes that raise funds to help those with medical conditions, such as multiple sclerosis and cancer.
