Ciao! My name is Jillian Nicole and I am currently living in Western New York. I am a Licensed Zumba Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Blogger, and Life Coach.
I studied Communications at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY (go griffs!) and now I am in full pursuit of my dreams. I am passionate about health and fitness. I am passionate about helping others. I seek to Break The Stereotype of females, whether that be in the gym or in the media, we are more than our bodies.
I am currently working on developing my company, Primadonna Fitness.
