Jill works as a business consultant and fractional and interim Chief Sustainability Officer, specialising in sustainability strategy, implementation and governance. She also provides leadership coaching in ESG/sustainability.

Jill brings both senior business experience and direct knowledge of designing and implementing sustainability strategy. She focuses on practical implementation, risk management and competitive advantage. Her approach is pragmatic and action-orientated.

She draws on her executive experience as Director of Sustainability at L.E.K. Consulting supported by her qualifications from the IRFS: FSA Credential, Oxford Saïd Business School: Leading Sustainable Corporations, and Wharton University of Pennsylvania: Business Strategies for Social Impact. She has worked with growth businesses for two decades in Private Equity (HgCapital), strategy consulting (LEK), and marketing (GlaxoSmithKline). She has an MBA from Kellogg.

Fractional / interim CSO: Sustainability lends itself well to hiring a fractional senior leader. Jill provides expertise that helps a Board navigate the ESG landscape, agree on a sustainability strategy and drive strategic implementation. She assists in “the what” and “the how to” for ESG and sustainability for all sizes of businesses across sectors.

Non Executive Director: Jill brings her ESG/Sustainability expertise to her Board roles. She is an experienced NED with a portfolio of nine roles to date across sectors including tech-enabled, B2B, B2C, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and education. She has Committee experience in Audit/Risk, Remuneration, Development and Investment.

She completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Illinois in 1999, and graduated in Economics from the University of Bristol in 1994. She is also an accredited commercial mediator qualifying in 2012 from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

Jill is married with two children and lives in London.
