Jill Steele-McGhee has over 15 years of experience managing real estate development projects from conception to occupancy to compliance. With a strong passion to increase the supply of high quality and efficient affordable housing, Jill created housing opportunities to over 500 families through development, sales, or homeownership advisory. Jill’s expertise includes real estate advisory, project management, asset management, public, private and community partnerships, homeownership advisory, contract management and compliance, real estate sales, project financing and technical assistance.

Jill graduated from University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology in 1993 and earned a Masters of Public Administration degree from University of Baltimore in 1996.
