I have my Bachelor's in Organizational Studies with a focus on Leadership & Management from the University of Michigan and my Master's in Training and Development from Oakland University. I hold a SHRM-SCP certification and in my 8+ years in human resources, I've become most passionate about developing employees and creating programs resulting in an environment in which they can thrive.
