Jilte Onderwater has shown to be driven by combining his work with a part-time study and several board memberships. After Jilte graduated for his study Business Economics and started working at Capgemini, he continued to show his driven nature by attending various evening courses and professional meetings, while still being connected to LCKV Jeugdvakanties as a board member. Through this mentality and experience he is an asset for many teams. Jilte can deal very well with stressful situations and always keeps a clear focus on the goal. He is thoughtful and calm and has an eye for detail. Jilte is curious and looks for solutions outside the scope of the project. Through a study year in Finland, he feels himself at ease in an international companionship. Jilte has shown these traits at Ahold where he tests a tablet app and responsive website. In his short career as a test consultant he has grown to be the lead tester on the project he is working on.
