Jim Jacobs

Jim Jacobs is an e-marketing, Web & digital media consultant for nonprofits. He's also a dad, tennis player, yogi, music lover, and NY Yankees fan. As Vice President, Strategy & Services at RedEngine Digital, Jim’s role includes leadership in the direction and expansion of capabilities and services, including communication and marketing strategy, design, development, application integration, mobile platforms, and multimedia. Jim is a senior marketing and digital communications strategist and producer who's been working on the Web since it all began. He has supported the digital objectives of myriad nonprofit, association, commercial and government organizations over the past 20 years. Most recently, Jim was the CMO at StoryRiver Media, a startup firm focused on producing multimedia digital narratives. Previously, Jim created and led the interactive practice at OmniStudio, a boutique consultancy in Washington, DC. He also managed the DC office of Circle.com, a large international interactive agency. Earlier stages of Jim’s career included marketing and public relations for Rolling Stone magazine and branding and communications for high-tech products and services.
