I've been into personal development and success training for more years than I care to admit.

I always wondered why people have to live lives they don't enjoy, and go to jobs they can't stand. I was always curious as to what made a happy, successful person. What was the difference between those few that seemed to enjoy life to the fullest, and the vast majority of those who didn't?

Well, I became like 95% of people and fell into the "trap" of a limited life... a job where you show up every day and perform your duties well enough to (maybe) get a raise or promotion, and at the end of your career, get a retirement party, if you're lucky. Then you get to "enjoy" life on a fixed income which is less than what you were used to earning. It's been called the 40-40-40 plan. (Work 40 hours per week, for 40 years, and retire on 40% of your income). Doesn't that sound wonderful!? No. I don't think so either. I KNEW there had to be a better way. And, wait for it...there is!

You can be your own boss, work your own hours, not have to ask (or beg) for permission to leave work early or come in late due to a doctor's appointment or your kid's school play, soccer game or....whatever. Live on YOUR terms. I'm not saying to not work hard -- just work when YOU want, not when someone else wants you to. In fact, a lot of home-based entrepreneurs work more hours than their job, but because they WANT to, not because they HAVE to.

I'm sure you've heard of Network Marketing (MLM, direct sales, etc.). Well friends, Network Marketing IS the better way! I discovered that about 6 years ago. I also discovered it's the better way ONLY IF YOU WANT IT TO BE. If you have a burning desire to make a better life for yourself and dedicate yourself to working your business as hard as you work your current job, then it will be truly rewarding and life changing.

So that's been my discovery. Maybe a little late in life, but hey, better late than never. I spent the last 6 years kind of "dabbling" in the network marketing profession, with a few different companies, but I decided that NOW is the time to get in the game and bring that burning desire. NO MORE EXCUSES!
