I'm Jim Stepanian, founder and CEO of Storage Caves, a fast-growing storage development company I launched in 2022. Storage Caves builds on my years of experience in pioneering innovative storage solutions and transforming development concepts into profitable ventures.

Prior to Storage Caves, I co-founded Luxe Locker in 2019, a Southwestern USA storage development company that successfully introduced the concept of "condo storage" to the market. Partnering with Desert Land Group, I helped grow Luxe Locker into a multi-million-dollar company, achieving substantial expansion and industry recognition by 2022.

Earlier in my career, I established and led Summerlin Asset Management LLC, where I managed a portfolio of first trust deeds and other real estate assets. I also directed Summerlin’s entry into the senior housing sector, overseeing the successful development of two senior living campuses. My early professional journey began in telecommunications, where I spent 17 years as CEO of Wholesale Telecom Inc., a California public utility.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained comprehensive expertise in corporate management, capital markets, team building, and strategic marketing. I focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing net operating income for small to mid-cap companies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Health & Human Services from The University of Phoenix, graduating in 2005.
