Jim brings more than 20 years of IT experience and an extensive background in financial services to BITS. Jim received mentorship from entrepreneurial -minded professionals and used thatexperience to join the consulting field. Today, Jim has provided business solutions for over twohundred Boston -based businesses through BITS.

On a day-to-day basis, Jim and the BITS team solve technology and network problems encountered by clients throughout the day. However, the long-term goal with each client is to build a long-term,trusted relationship based on strategic collaboration and an eye toward utilizing technology to itsfullest. Jim is passionate about how technology has shifted over time in its role in businessdevelopment.

The driving factor behind Jim's vision for BITS is helping businesses succeed. For every technological solution BITS provides, Jim has in mind his client's long-term business goals. Many clients becomefriends, and Jim has some great stories from working with clients over the years. He loves that BITShas been able to provide support to many non-profit organizations. Above all, Jim strives to befriendly, approachable and calm with clients.

Jim grew up in Massachusetts and has been coming to Boston since he was a kid. He likes exploring the city, going for hikes, and swimming at the pool at MIT. He tries to be a vegetarian but has aweakness for bacon. Jim loves spending time with his wife, their four kids, and their friends.
