Jim Weaver

Once he started talking he never stopped so no-one was surprised when Jim pursued an academic career studying teaching, public speaking and coaching.

He's held several roles where his skills were utilized in designing and building cohesive teams from diverse individuals. Jim comes alive when he is imparting new information or strategies whether to large groups or in a one on one individual setting.

Never at rest, he enjoys running, weight training, bike riding, hunting and working with his hands out doors.

Known to be an exercise in extremes Jim can be highly analytical, academic, thoughtful and sensitive, then suddenly excitable, highly energetic, loud and boisterous at times when he finds something interesting or funny. He is serious, loves to laugh and has a blast telling a good story.
