Jim Weber
Melbounre Australia andToronto Canada (from 2014)
Originally Canadian from Toronto, my wife and I have lived in Melbourne for over twenty years.
I have 26 years of Consumer Marketing with international companies Kimberly-Clark Canada, Johnson & Johnson New Zealand, Rubbermaid U.S. and a wide range of product, marketing and event management with Telstra including responsibility for the Sydney 2000 Olympics from the cellular perspective. I moved to NFP’s with 3 years as Philanthropy Manager at Scope (Vic), and then started my own consultancy with clients such as the RACGP Foundation, Cerebral Palsy Support Network, Jewish Christian Muslim Association, The Austin Medical Research Association, and others. Finding new funding, cost savings and fixing NFP’s “Fundraising mix” are priorities.
