Jim Fiore has been a leader and advisor in the sports community at both the collegiate level as well as professional. Currently, Fiore is a Partner, President and CEO of Dynamic Sports Management, one of the largest sports management firms in the greater New York City area. Fiore is responsible for the overall management of the company and is charged with developing a business model designed to drive revenue growth, participation, event and entertainment operations, multimedia presence and overall strategic planning.
Fiore has substantive experience in all areas of sports entertainment. He spent 10 years as director of athletics at Stony Brook University (SBU) and served in leadership capacities at Princeton University and Dartmouth College in the 11 years prior. Most recently, Fiore served as a consultant for the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils, as well as several other organizations.

The 2012 Under Armour Northeast Region Athletics Director of the Year, Fiore presided over one of the most remarkable transformations in college athletics history. Under his leadership, Stony Brook won 41 conference championships compared to one total championship prior to his arrival in 2003.
Building the fiscal integrity of SBU, Fiore secured an astounding $50 million for athletic facility enhancements and program development and is credited with raising more than $25 million and designing the new Island Federal Credit Union Arena that opened in the fall of 2014. Additionally, Fiore obtained the two largest private philanthropic commitments to an athletics program in the history of the State University of New York system. He grew the athletic budget from $7 million to $23 million and guided the development of the football program from zero scholarships to fully funded status and two consecutive top ten FCS
