Jim grew up in Stoneville, NC, and began his career in the Naval Reserve. He attended dental school at UNC, and following his naval retirement, opened a private practice in Cary. After becoming a believer, Jim enrolled at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Westwood is honored to have Jim on staff in Biblical Counseling and the addictions ministry of Celebrate Recovery. His devoted wife is Sarah.
