Jim Raines has over eighteen years of real estate experience, eight of which have been in management, Jim Raines’ teams have consistently produced $250 million in sales volume per year. He has successfully launched start-up offices and is sought out to turn around other offices, moving these operations into a high level of profitability. Prior to entering real estate he spent twenty-five years in the equine industry producing eleven world champions and eight reserve world champions in the Quarter Horse industry and the American Hunter Jumper Association. He continues to show on a competitive level nationally.
