Jim Andelman

I'm co-founder and Managing Partner of Rincon Venture Partners, and early-stage venture capital firm. We invest in web-based businesses led by "serial founding teams" that we believe can accomplish great things with modest capital infusions. We seek to tightly align our interests with those of the founders with whom we work, and aspire to be their first call when they have a questions or are wrestling with an issue. Previously, I've been a late-stage VC, a tech investment banker, and a strategy consultant. Wharton undergrad (magna cum laude), Dartmouth MBA (first in class). Born and raised in Boston, trying to maintain some East Coast edge in SoCal. I have an amazing wife who is an entrepreneur and ex-VC herself, and we've got young twin girls that I can't wait to get home and kanoodle with. We spend as much time as possible out in wild places.
