Jim Causier

Jim Causier is a Construction Manager at MasTec Network Solutions where he is well respected for his experience and leadership. MasTec is known for having been involved in some of the largest and most complex infrastructure construction projects in the country. The company has offices all across North America. MasTec Network Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of MasTec. Meaning they benefit from the same geographic reach, scalability and financial stability. MasTec Network Solutions has engaged in tens of thousands of telecommunications projects. As a construction manager, Jim manages the installation staff while they are involved in the construction, installation and in-service testing of all project-related telecom communication systems. He does so with high energy, strong decision-making abilities, and good interpersonal skills.

Jim lives in Okeechobee, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Jim is also currently enrolled at Liberty University, studying to get his Master of Business Administration in project management.

Jim is a devoted father, husband, and an active member of his community. He is a member of a group named Racers for Christ (RFC). RFC is a non-profit organization that began in 1978 and has grown to over 400 employees, most of whom are volunteers. It began as a fellowship for Christians in the sport of automobile racing but has evolved into a growing organization with broad effects throughout North America and beyond. RFC recruits, trains, equips and sends chaplains to participate in motor sports events in the United States and around the world, helping meet the spiritual, emotional and practical needs of those who participate, participate in and even work at those events.

Jim also spends time volunteering at First Baptist Church of Okeechobee. The church calendar is full of events like distributing food and clothing to various places for those in need, events geared toward seniors and those for children. In addition, Jim Causier is a member of the University of Florida Alumni Association, which further demonstrates his commitment to his roots and his pride in his accomplishments.
