Jim has more than 20 years of retail and credit union management experience, including nearly 15 years in credit union marketing. Jim has always pushed the boundaries to enlarge the role of Marketing as a strategic function (rather than simply a tactical function) by leading the development of a more meaningful customer experience, new delivery channels, and new segment-specific products and services.

A geek at heart (he learned BASIC and PASCAL in high school and hand-coded corporate websites in the early days of the Internet), Jim is always looking for ways to leverage technology to build richer connections between people and the companies they trust. As the director of Geezeo Interactive, Jim is leading the effort to bridge the gap between the financial transactions financial institutions conduct and the customer engagement those same institutions need to create to remain relevant in our hyper-connected world.
