Jim has been in technology related companies for over 30 years. First developing inkjet printers for Hewlett-Packard where he was in charge of HP’s first color inkjet printer program. Later he co-founded Musicmatch, the first company to organize mp3 files and deliver legal song downloads to the PC. Musicmatch was sold to Yahoo in 2004. In 2006 he helped start Slacker one of the leading personal internet radio services. He has degrees from UW Wisconsin and Stanford in electrical engineering and an executive MBA from UCSD. Jim is currently living in Chicago with his wife and young daughter. Besides technology he’s and avid soccer player and cyclist.
