Youtube I populate a Youtube channel, where I usually upload videos about the interests below.

Exploring Nova Scotia I write a blog for Nova Scotia Tourism. The blog focuses on geocaching and hiking while at the same time discovering the histiory behind each location.

Running I run with the local running club and train for three half-marathons a year. So I try to stay informed about Garmin Forerunner products and produce tutorials. My training uses heart rate training extensively.

Outdoors I also like camping, backcountry hiking, canoeing, kayaking, hammock camping, bushcraft and of course the gear. I also try my hand at dehydrating food. Some the skills I've learned was during my time at the local SAR (search & rescue).

Beer & Wine Nova Scotia is enjoying growth in the craft beer & wine industry. I tend to buy and upload short review of these brews & wines.
