Jimmy Nguyen

Jimmy started his career as a software engineer, but quickly found that he did not "love" what he was doing. That was when he decided to give hardwood flooring a try and it has made him happy ever since. Working with people to help them craft beautiful floors gave him a sense of accomplishment that simply writing software could not. And since joining his dad in 2005, he continued to learn and expand his skill and knowledge through the NWFA. Of which, he is a proud contributor as an instructor and proctor for their Certified Professional program. He also serves on multiple wood flooring committees and as a result was recently awarded the Master Craftsman degree for his involvements and contributions to the industry. Besides working on multiple flooring projects, he enjoys his free time traveling and spending time with his wife and two young children.
