Jim Downs

Jim Downs' career in Real Estate and Property Investment spans over four decades. Jim's beginnings as a Raine & Horne franchisee for Newtown in Sydney's inner west from 1977 to 1985, were the perfect network for a steady upward trajectory that has carried forward to set up in momentum.

Beginning 1995 saw Jim launching out into other arenas by launching a highly outstanding boutique investment company in the Sydney CBD. The company focused on Project Marketing and Accounting for investors and charged Jim's passions for real estate and providing the achievements of his clients and their portfolios. His undertakings proceeded to increase progressively up until 2010 when his employees and colleagues bought the firm.

Jim has also branched out into investing in and building residential projects in cautiously researched locations around Australia. Jim Downs' Real Estate approach is to build and maintain the buildings which increase his Property Portfolio while minimising tax and sustainably maximising capital gains. His tested and validated formula for prosperity is identified by a constant, smart, well researched and strategic technique which promotes the best possible possibility of success; not only for Jim but his clients and investors.
