Born in Roseburg, Oregon, Jim Feldkamp set forth on a distinguished path by first earning his BS in Business from Oregon State University. This academic achievement led him to a significant career in the U.S. Navy, where he excelled as a naval flight officer. His naval duties included critical roles as countermeasures officer and navigator aboard the EA-6B, conducting electronic warfare operations from the USS Midway during critical missions like Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1991.
After leaving military service, Jim embarked on a career in federal law enforcement as a Special Agent with the FBI in Norfolk, Virginia. Here, he co-founded the Tidewater Joint Terrorism Task Force and managed aerial surveillance operations.
