Growing sales is about growing people, and staying connected to the customer. My real strength is in keeping people engaged - engaged in the value of the brand, engaged in the service industry. Even when the conversation is a difficult one, I believe in fairness above all, in the pursuit of excellent customer service. Managing restaurants, and regional territories, is what I do best. As a General Manager, Franchise Business Coordinator (FBC) and Operational Team Leader, I've always made sure to create an enjoyable atmosphere wherever I can. I love my work, and my enthusiasm carries over to my team, my customers and my company. In my career, I've managed flagship locations for publicly traded restaurant companies (Brinker International and Luby's) and served as a regional franchise coordinator for Pizza Hut (NYSE: YUM). I've turned around failing locations, and delivered best-in-company results for several years for Luby's.
