I'm a curious, enthusiastic, performance-focused person. I love to understand how things work. Concepts, businesses, organizations, technology, anything really. And then I like to figure out how to make them even bigger or better. I'm amazed at how intricate the world is, and how it all fits together. It's is mind boggling to me that you can walk into a retail store and buy something for the price that's marked when you consider all of the work/people/transportation, etc. that have gone into getting that particular item to the shelves of the store. I mean, bananas....all the way from South America, or a blender...75 pieces and parts starting as minerals and materials that needed to be mined, melted, combined, formed, pressed, designed, engineered, assembled, sold, ordered and shipped....all for the price indicated....really?

I've pursued everything I've done with a passion for excellence and a high level of enthusiasm. I have a long track record of organizing, focusing, developing and energizing organizations in order to improve their results. Over, and over and over.

In my 'away from work' time, I like games, family, bicycles, food, music, and travel.
