Hi, I'm Jim. I love this photo of my son about to hit the water at Camp Baldwin...priceless! My family loves the outdoors; we snowmobile, camp, bike, and swim whenever we can.

I currently serve as Director of Support Services for Cascade Pacific Council, Boy Scouts of America in Portland, Oregon. I've also served as Director of Camping & Properties, Council Program Director, District Executive, and Camp Director.

I've been a professional Scouter for twenty years, and feel blessed to serve others in a profession of values that provides good things for children and adults.

I've been in Scouting for forty years, since I was a Cub Scout. I am an Eagle Scout who didn't know there was a Scouting profession until working at summer camp and meeting a professional who encouraged me to serve others through a career in Scouting.
