With over 35 years experience in the finance sector, I have been the CFO and Finance Manager in a number of public and private global and Industrial companies in a range of sectors, with extensive international experience.

I have a background in managerial and financial business practice with broad international experience, management of public companies and large teams.

Since 2012, I have been directing the Hoffer Finance Consulting Firm. We specialize in financial strategy, assist in formulating company's future directions and support tactical initiatives.

We also develop financial and tax strategies, manage capital requests and budgeting processes, develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction and all tasks necessary to achieve missions and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
