For the past 36 years, Jim Lignelli has led Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, based Diversified Evaluation Company. Mr. Lignelli earned his Bachelor’s degree in philosophy, economics, and labor relations at the University of Pittsburgh in 1976. He holds a Pennsylvania real estate broker license and is certified as a general real estate appraiser in West Virginia.
