With more than three decades of executive leadership experience, including as a leadership professional with Fortune 500, start-up and high-growth organizations, author and executive sales leader Jim Lipuma leads Rewards21, a program that gives consumers cash-back for various car and hotel room rentals, as well as airline ticket and dining out purchases. Prior to co-founding Rewards21, Jim Lipuma held multiple key sales leadership positions.

As the Chief Sales Officer for Restaurant.com, Mr. Lipuma was instrumental in growing revenue by more than 400 percent over four years, while expanding the team from 45 to 240 and the restaurant partner count from 7,000 to 19,000+. More recently, he functioned as Senior Vice President for AOL/Patch.com, rapidly increasing revenue by 100 percent within 15 months. He then moved on to Kapow, a client event-booking marketplace, where he served as the Chief Sales Officer, leading the company to recognition as one of the fastest growing Chicago-based tech startups, boosting year-to-year revenue growth by 540 percent and opening offices in 20 cities within a 14 month span.

In 2014, Jim Lipuma launched his debut book, Lead from the Front: 101 Leadership Quips, Quotes and Anecdotes That Will Impact Your Career and Your Life, detailing his lengthy professional experience to teach lessons in business and life. In 2016, Jim Lipuma authored and published his second book, Pulling Levers: Building an Inspired Culture and Driving Winning Results Through Focus on the Four Ps. Mr. Lipuma holds a BS in business management from Northern Illinois University.
