There are a million or so REALTORS working around the country and probably at least that many real estate agents. How many have the experience, knowledge and skills to efficiently and proficiently help you make what may be your largest purchase or sale? How about 20 percent! The top 20% of Realtors do about 80% or more of all the transactions. But the difference in negotiable commissions charged may not vary a whole lot. Make sure you work with the best by interviewing several, and doing some internet research to look at the agents websites, blogs, twitter and ability to deliver a non stop message. When looking for a buyers agent, look at their experience with past buyers and do they have enought listing experience to be an expert buyers agent? A great agent lists and sells homes!
