I'm a father of three, it's great, and I love almost every second of it (there is a lot of poop to deal with!) I am a pretty good husband but my wife still outshines me so I try to be better all of the time.

I believe in the power of Empathy and Gratitude. I have a lot of love to give and I believe that each of us can change the world.

I wore a jock for 31 years, but I've hung it up, next to my my cane. Now I wield a laptop to run my startup and a mic for public speaking.

I believe that everyone can be and deserves to be happy. We need to take inventory and learn what does and doesn't add to our experience of life. That is what our startup does, we improve the happiness of individuals to increase the performance of organizations.
