I am a Holistic Strength coach currently living in Naperville, Illinois. I played college football at the University of Illinois where I earned a bachelors degree in Psychology. I later earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from California University Pennsylvania. I specialize in Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, and holistic nutrition. My interests range from entrepreneurship to sports. I am also interested in fitness, football, and reading.
