Jimmy Choi

Jimmy is a funny, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual who works wonderfully in a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision. He will not go back home until the work is finished up to the standards that has been set.

As a recent graduate from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo with municipal experience, Jimmy is pursuing for entry-level planning positions across Canada as part of a process to accomplish his ultimate career objective.

Challenges are always a welcome to Jimmy as he is continuously looking for methods to complete tasks more efficiently. He is confident in Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Suites, SketchUp, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD as they were familiar to him for a long time.

Jimmy is a fast learner with excellent communication skills, teach him something and he will become confident the next day. Balancing fun and high degree of professionalism at work is a must to Jimmy's philosophy. He would like to gain experience in various aspect of planning but especially in the field of land development.

He loves to travel, drive, and take photographs to remember the journey. Playing a round of golf, and reading trending articles of the automotive industries, information technology, and architecture/urban spaces are his favourite pastime.
