I am motivated by creating results in complicated environments. This goes for high-tech organisations, challenges in sports and as a private pilot.

Spending 18 years as CEO, performed 6 Mergers & Acquisitions and made 3 successful turnarounds I have tried a bit of everything.

Having lived in four different countries working with the latest technology within space, defence and aviation, I really feel priveledged and it has been a lot of fun.

Lately I have taken the role as CEO for the Danish LINX (Linking Industry to Neutrons and X-rays) project and association. Through this work I collaborate closely with universities, interest organisations, industry and leadership within Neutron and X-ray science.

With innovation and strategy, I feel that my experience and skills come together in LINX and I hope we will be able to expand our neutral non-profit platform for collaborative innovation to make a positive impact for the society.
