Jimmy Cerveaux

Jimmy Cerveaux initiated his career trajectory in Paris, initially as an Internal Auditor for British American Tobacco, a role that set the stage for his future accomplishments. His keen financial acumen soon led him to Ernst & Young, where he quickly ascended through the ranks, managing strategic projects that involved high-level political and business leaders. His proficiency and strategic thinking propelled him through a series of rapid promotions.

His career took a significant turn when he moved to the Middle East and became a Senior Equity Analyst at a prominent investment bank. Here, Jimmy refined financial and valuation models and worked closely with senior management of major companies to bolster strategic planning and financial oversight, further solidifying his reputation for delivering results.

In 2009, Jimmy ventured into healthcare by co-founding Unicity Healthcare in the United States with a vision to elevate standards of care and professionalism in the industry. As CFO and later CEO, he guided the company through expansive growth across New Jersey, New York, and Florida, developing Unicity into a major player in the healthcare sector. His tenure at Unicity was marked by strategic expansion, including the launch of Alzheimer's Week in Ridgewood, New Jersey, to raise awareness and community engagement.

After facilitating Unicity's successful sale in 2016, Jimmy didn't step back but continued leveraging his experience as a Strategic Advisor. He also engaged with private equity firms, improving their healthcare investments' operational and financial strategies. He assumed key roles at Eastern Dental and CDX Diagnostics, where he led comprehensive overhauls that significantly boosted their financial and operational performance.

Educationally, Jimmy has an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management, which has been instrumental in shaping his analytical and strategic approaches to business challenges.

Outside of his rigorous professional life, Jimmy finds solace in soccer and enjoys runs along the Hudson River. His greatest pleasure, however, comes from spending time with his family, which remains a central aspect of his life.
