An advocacy organization for abused offenders/detainees, we are a group of organizations like the ACLU/NAACP/JDI We Are Americas leaders, we are families, former offenders, officers & concerned citizens.We are a ZERO TOLERANCE organization created "For The People, by The People" we are here for the vulnerable, neglected, & wrongly convicted.We Initiate/Investigate allegations of abuse by Staff/Offenders, Violations of Civil Rights, Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons, Color Under State Law, Violations of Major Use of Force, Medical Treatment.We provide a necessary service of oversight with members of Congress.We actively listen to the concerns of the offenders, offender families, friends.s.We gather,collect,forward intelligence/information on criminal activity/recruiting within the prison system in the United States,We dispute the"State Corrections Compliance Report" and "Holding Authorities Accountable" for not taking the appropriate steps to eliminate rape, the"Annual reports" are sent by Prison Directors in each state to the DOJ on facilities that are in compliance with State & Federal Guidelines NCOC consults/advises the Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.We are highly concerned about Offender safety & the security of the institution. We monitor the (Safe Prisons Initiative) we initiate transfers to secure locations for offenders who have filed LIDs (Life in Danger) the small, weak, vulnerable & handicapped or who have been sexually assaulted (gang raped beaten &/or left for dead) by offenders/officers & "High Risk" youth offenders who have renounced the"gangs" "Security Threat Groups" "Homegrown Terrorists" have leaders who have ties to terrorist org's around the globe, AMERICA War is Coming ! These offenders will be returning back to their communities, homes & families.They are in our Jails, prisons waiting to be called up & it's not if, it's when !
