I curently live in a beautiful part of the world on the Morninton Peninsula just outside Melbourne in Australia.

I currently work as a Strategic Account Manager within the Travel industry for Corporate Traveller & FCm, part of the Flight Centre Corporate division.

I have over 10 years industry experience, most notably in corporate travel and events sector. My experience draws upon roles within hospitality, wholesale travel and operations, corporate consultancy, event management and account management in Australia, Europe and Asia.

As an Account Manager, I am responsible for managing relationships with Corporate Traveller/FCm Travel Solutions as well as providing strategic direction for my clients travel programs. Furthermore, I am primarily responsible for providing reporting and analysis of clients key metrics, as well as the development of key performance indicators such as travel policy compliance and hotel and car benchmarking. My role focuses on identifying solutions to improve performance and minimising costs but I am also responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination and evaluation of my customers requirements.

I have managed many prestige brands over my tenure in the industry, and my open and approachable style provides strengths in understanding client requirements and providing practical solutions through an interactive and proactive approach. Responsibilities include implementing new business and deployment of business plans, constructing and revising Service Level Agreements, negotiating supplier contracts, analysing and presenting Management Information.
