Jimmy Lam Kok San

Hi, I am Jimmy Lam. As you can see, I am with Singapore agency ERA. My old friends called me Lam Kok San. I am in Real Estate since 1999 or some call us Property Agent.

My interest range from business, physical fitness, good health, how to remain and look young, adequate wealth, good food, follow technology and overseas travelling.

My earliest career was in Marine with Keppel Shipyard & Mechanical Engineering industry as Engineer.

Moving on, I switched to Sales & Marketing positions in various services and products, working for several big companies & MNC locally. Subsequently was promoted to several sales management & senior HOD positions.

I finally joined this wonderful and challenging Property Sales and Rental industry in end 1999. With about 17 years of up & down property market experience, I have been helping many happy and contented customers to realise their dream home purchases and sales.

I have helped many made millions of $$$ through purchase from me of GCBs and other landed properties.

A few significant ones I can remember are: One client made $1.2 million within a short 2 yrs period, bought and then sold the same industrial property through me, in-between happily collected monthly rental of $10,000 for 2 years.

Another bought a GCB through me and still living in it for 8 years made $24 million.

A third bought a GCB in Belmont Rd made $22 million.

Some save million of dollars buying commercial office and retail properties through engaging my sincere service.

Of course there are also some sad customers who have to sell their properties through me, to clear their debts but able to relieve their hardship doing so.
